FRANCAIS: grenat soutenu, au nez on distingue un bel assemblage des arômes vanillés du chêne et du fruit mûr. En bouche, l’attaque est souple et se développe: puissant, élégant, finale longue et goûteuse.

ITALIANO: granato profondo, al naso si distingue una bella miscela di aromi vanigliati di rovere e frutta matura. Al palato l’attacco è morbido e sviluppato: potente, elegante, finale lungo e gustoso.

ENGLISH: deep garnet, on the nose we can distinguish a beautiful blend of vanilla aromas of oak and ripe fruit. On the palate, the attack is supple and develops: powerful, elegant, long and tasty finish.

DEUTSCH: tiefes Granat, in der Nase können wir eine schöne Mischung aus Vanillearomen von Eiche und reifen Früchten erkennen. Am Gaumen ist der Angriff geschmeidig und entwickelt sich: kraftvoll, elegant, langer und schmackhafter Abgang.

Patrick Carteyron a acquis le Château La Fleur Penin en Appellation Saint Emilion Grand Cru en 2011: seulement 2.5 hectares en pied de côteaux sur un terroir souple et sablonneux pour une production limitée à 14.000 bouteilles par an. Un Saint-Emilion Grand Cru élevé sur lies et en barrique pendant 12 mois. Parfait pour Veau, agneau, bœuf, gibiers mais aussi un beau plateau de fromage.

Patrick Carteyron ha acquisito Château La Fleur Penin nella Denominazione Saint Emilion Grand Cru nel 2011: solo 2,5 ettari ai piedi delle colline su un terroir morbido e sabbioso per una produzione limitata a 14.000 bottiglie all’anno. Un Saint-Emilion Grand Cru affinato sui lieviti e in botte per 12 mesi. Perfetto per vitello, agnello, manzo, selvaggina ma anche un bel tagliere di formaggi.

Ein Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, der 12 Monate auf der Hefe und in Fässern gereift ist. Perfekt zu Kalb, Lamm, Rind, Wild, aber auch zu einer schönen Käseplatte.
